Orders

Orders may be placed 24hr by FAX. Payment may be made by Credit Cards: VISA, ACCESS or MASTERCARD, EURO, US$ bankers cheque drawn on a UK bank or Sterling Bankers Cheque, Telegraphic transfer or Cash. When making payment by Credit Card please state card number, card holder name, and expiry date. Those wishing to pay by Telegraphic Transfer should FAX our Sales office for a pro-forma invoice and our EURO or Sterling bank account details.

Where local agents exist please direct your enquiry and payments via them.

Quotations

When requesting a quotation for a non-standard product, please FAX your request to our Central Office. Your FAX should contain diagrams, specification, copies of any local radio regulations, target price, application, market sector, box style, antenna requirements, preferred or existing modulation, output power, power supply mains voltage and frequency or battery voltage, capacity and technology, i.e. alkaline or lithium.

Due to popular demand we have changed our technical support line to include a 24hr fax machine. By sending your questions by fax we will be able to include pictures and circuit diagrams, thus improving the accuracy of our reply. For telephone support please use our main switchboard number.

Please include on your FAX header page your name, telephone number, FAX number, Postal address, E-Mail (if applicable) and Company Name. Please make your requests clear and use only the English or French languages.

Under EU export law you must state if the product is intended for military application, we are normally able to obtain export licences within 30 days.
